Due to the introduction of new in-flight service rules designed to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, we have temporarily suspended the catering service for business class passengers "from dish to dish". For serving cold and hot dishes, as well as all types of drinks, disposable tableware is used. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.

  • On flights up to 2 hours of flight, passengers are provided with bottled water and juices in individual packaging.
    On flights with a duration of more than 2 hours, we will offer business class passengers a meal that includes a hot dish of your choice.

Menu on flights from 2 hours of flight and above:

  • Meat and cheese snack
  • Vegetable salad or 
  • Vegetable appetizer
  • Hot dish to choose from
  • Fresh bread and bun
  • Soft drinks, juices
  • Dessert

Hot drinks:

  • tea black, green;
  • instant coffee;
  • ground coffee : americano, espresso, cappuccino, latte.

  • Hindu food – HNML;
  • Muslim food – MOML;
  • Strict vegetarian diet – RVML;

Alcoholic drinks

At your request, our staff will offer you a choice of alcoholic drinks: champagne, beer, vodka, whiskey, cognac, white and red wine.

Uzbekistan Airways aircrafts feature wines produced in France and Uzbekistan.

On flights on the Tashkent-New York-Tashkent route, in addition to the main menu, a hot breakfast is offered. You can order an omelette stuffed with vegetables or mushrooms, the most delicate syrniki or homemade pancakes with cottage cheese.
