Anti corruption
In accordance with the Anti-Corruption Policy, KETRING LLC declares its commitment to the law and high ethical standards in doing business, rejection of any form of manifestation of corruption offenses in business relations with partners and among employees of KETRING LLC, compliance with international standards and national anti-corruption legislation with the purpose of strengthening the business reputation of KETRING LLC and protecting against corruption attacks.
1. Communication channels have been created to receive messages from individuals and legal entities about facts of corruption on the part of employees of KETRING LLC, namely: abuse of official position, giving a bribe, receiving a bribe, abuse of authority, commercial bribery or other illegal use by employees of their official position contrary to legal interests of society and the state in order to obtain benefits in the form of money, valuables, other property or services of a property nature, other property rights for themselves or for third parties, or the illegal provision of such benefits to the specified person by other individuals, as well as the commission of these acts on behalf of or in the interests of KETRING LLC.
2. Attention! Articles 139 and 237 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan provide for criminal liability for slander and false denunciation of a crime.
3. Anonymous messages and messages not related to the facts of corruption on the part of the employees of KETRING LLC are not considered. For inquiries on other issues, other available communication channels should be used.
4. When receiving and considering reports, the confidentiality of individuals and legal entities that report the facts of corruption in good faith is guaranteed.
